| Growing up in Tehran, Iran, Victor had a fulfilling Jewish childhood with the large Jewish community that existed in Iran under the Shah (king) at the time. Victor attended Ettefagh School, a private Jewish school in Tehran where he had studies in Hebrew, English, Farsi, and French.
